Offshore Search is a Data Controller as defined in the Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law 2001 (the 'Data Protection Law') and is noted on the Data Protection Register.  Any personal data provided by you will be processed by us in accordance with the Data Protection Law, and will not be used other than in the normal course of our business.

When you visit our websites our server will record your computer's IP address together with the date, time and duration of your visit.  This technology is also used to verify your user name and password while accessing authorised user only areas.
